- We Deal is a platform that’s connects buyers and sellers. We Deal does not own any Vendor products.
- Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 business days and delivery confirmed by way of the vendor. We deal does not fulfil delivery requests as this is the responsibility of the store you have purchased from. Vendors use their own delivery services.
- Vendors on this website is available to South African clients only.
- The provision of goods and services by The Vendor(Not We Deal) is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, The Vendor will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
- We Deal shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). - Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the (Your Company) bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
- Card transactions will be acquired for WeDeal via PayGate & PayFast who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
- Customer details will be stored by We Deal separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s & PayFast secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za. & www.payfast.co.za
- The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR). - The vendor is liable for all banking/chargeable fee’s when a purchase is made which is defined in the vendor agreements and can also be found : www.payfast.co.za/fees/
- We Deal takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution.
- This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and We Deal chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
- We Deal may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
- Vendors on We Deal reserve the right to charge an external delivery fee when applicable unless a delivery charge was made by the customer.

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that may expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.
For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 10 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition.
A Full Refund is due by the seller, provided the product is not damaged as a result of excessive wear, impact, negligence or tampering

We Deal will not be liable for the shipping costs of the returned goods.
If 3rd party products arrive damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.

License
wedeal.co.za grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
Modifications to Application
wedeal.co.za reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or wedeal.co.za.
wedeal.co.za may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from wedeal.co.za, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to this Agreement
wedeal.co.za reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 (changes this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
